  • Personal sales calls to Travel Agencies and with luxury Independent Travel Advisors
  • Telemarketing to supplement sales efforts
  • Participation at select Travel Industry events including annual Consortia or Preferred Partner conferences
  • Organization of seminars, webinars or sales blitzes
  • Presentations to Tour Operator Reservations staff, visit to Reservation centers, and one on one meetings with BDM’s or Product Managers

  • Liase and partner with tourist boards and airlines
  • Provide promotional concepts for consideration
  • Liase with suppliers for promotional gift items
  • Create promotional marketing pieces for distribution
  • Assist with creation or ideas for company newsletter
  • Assist with pre-opening strategies, marketing campaigns and image development

PUBLIC RELATIONS (Through strategic Alliances with LMG partners)

  • Arrange presentations to magazines or freelance journalists
  • Organization of press trips
  • Recommendations of charitable contributions within North America for publicity purposes
  • On-going media relations
  • Organization of media events

ADVERTISING (Through strategic Alliances with LMG partners)

  • Provide recommendations on media plans
  • Provide referrals on advertising firms
  • Maximize merchandising opportunities with publications
  • Liase with advertising firm to create focus group sessions
  • Liase with advertising firm to establish corporate identity and branding
  • Provide guidance to advertising co. on marketing collateral
